Biography:

Julian Rinsma is a Dutch singer-songwriter, who creates intimate, emotional and lyrical music. He writes songs about things he experiences, emotions he feels, and situations he encounters in his life. Writing helps him to capture the positive moments, but also process and come to terms with negative ones. He hopes that by listening to his music, listeners realize they are not alone and that all the feelings and emotions they experience are valid. It’s okay to feel lost sometimes and to not have all the answers. He hopes his music can contribute something to listeners in the same way that writing it has done for him.

In Neushoorn Leeuwarden, on the 28^th of May 2026, he will perform his show “LOST”, containing songs from his debut EP. It’s a project with pop-ballads, delving into the thoughts in his head and how they make him feel. The EP features personal and emotional songs about the journey of self-discovery, finding his place in society, and it explores the complexities of happiness and love. The EP tells a story from beginning to end about the process he’s been going through and continues to experience today. He reminds listeners to keep going on and be grateful for the beautiful people who are always there for them. Everything is going to be alright, as long as you try your best to live the best life possible!
